Our client suffered a fracture to her heel of her foot after being t-boned by another vehicle exiting a shopping center. While we were able to immediately settle the case with the other driver, his insurance policy limits were only $50,000.00. Thankfully, our client’s own insurance policy included Under Insured Motorist coverage.
As a result, we were able to recover the policy limits from the other driver’s insurance as well as the policy limits from our client’s own insurance, for a total of $250,000.00.
