Our clients were driving home when a drunk driver suddenly swerved into their lane from oncoming traffic and collided directly with their car. Our clients were knocked unconscious and the drunk driver was fatally injured. As a result, our clients incurred approximately $50,000 of medical treatment for the various injuries they suffered to their heads, necks, and backs.
After significant back-and-forth with the drunk driver’s insurance company, they ultimately agreed to pay our clients a total of $430,000.00 prior to filing a lawsuit.
